Previous sales experience with some knowledge on windows or siding.
Training offered with hourly trainee pay. However some experience will lead to a higher initial commission rate.
Commission only This is a commission only position, with the first few weeks of employment as a training period where we do offer hourly compensation.
Salary: ranges $35,000.00 to $100,000.00+ /year all dependent on how much you put in

This service technician would primarily work on simple home repairs and installations involving the exterior of the home. We promote within, so this position has room for growth both in pay and within the company.
Training- We will train for this position, previous experience in home repair is not required, but any construction experience is a plus. If you are an experienced window, door, siding, etc. installer we can offer pay commensurate with your experience.
Experience- Some experience with customer service as well as basic construction knowledge, such as how to operate a drill, ladder, etc. The candidate must have no problems getting up and down on a ladder a multitude of times in a day.
Duties- Lifting and moving some heavy construction materials, applicants must be comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs.
Must have a clean driving record (you will be provided a company vehicle to complete your work).
