Zach Baumann- B.S.M.E
Owner and Founder
Zach Baumann grew up in the construction business. His father is a tradesman, thus giving him the knowledge and ability to give outstanding service. Zach also has a degree in mechanical engineering which changed how he looks at construction. Since receiving this education he has put his efforts into giving the community a service that is both reliable and of a quality that customers deserve. Zach believes in providing customers with products he stands behind. In his free time Zach likes to enjoy the outdoors with his wife, son and dogs.

Brad Hewitt
General Manager
Brad has been in the construction industry for his entire career. He started as a licensed electrician and has been involved in the window and siding industry for 8 years now. He is a certified contractor for LP Smartside and is a part of the James Hardie Contractor Alliance. He is VSI (Vinyl Siding Institute) and AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) certified. Brad likes to fish in his free time as well as take part in anything outdoors (camping, hiking, Atvs) Brad is also a fan of vintage cars and trucks.

Blake Douglas
Production Manager
Blake Douglas got his start in the window and door industry in Jupiter, Florida working on coastal estates. Adhering to the strictest building code in the country trained Blake to be detail oriented from the very start. In his free time, Blake likes the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and his cat Barbara.

Shawn Zimmerman
Senior Commercial Estimator
Shawn moved to Colorado from Kansas back in 1990 with his brother for art school and has been with building materials ever since. He started as a stocker at a big box hardware store, Hugh M. Woods, moving to the sales floor and went on to have 15+ years working with hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware. He has now been in storefront and windows for 8 years. Between years of experience, problem solving, and numerous doors and hardware classes, he has gained an extensive knowledge of hardware from it's uses to codes. Outside of window and door mechanisms, Shawn enjoys pop culture, humor, movies, music, hockey and homebrewing. He and his wife, Susan, like to attend concerts and support their friends bands while they put on shows around Denver. Shawn and Susan have a daughter, Kira, and two chihuahuas, Bubbles and Dita. A fun fact about Shawn is that he has won a few home brewing competitions with a root beer brown ale called Kick it Root Down, that was served at a local brewhouse in 2019.
